Old Vine Investment Group

Old Vine Old Vine Investment Group Old Vine Investment Group is a private equity real estate firm established in 1988 by Mark Cytrynbaum and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Its focus is the acquisition, repositioning and refinancing of under-performing commercial and residential properties, typically in a three to five-year time horizon. Old Vine likes to retain its turn-around properties in its portfolio for the long term and provides in-house asset and property management services. This focus ensures its equity partners and lenders that a principal is always overseeing the investment.

Old Vine’s affiliated group operates in over a dozen markets throughout the Southwest, Midwest and Southeald Vine Investment Group is a private equity real estate firm established in 1988 by Mark Cytrynbaum and headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Mark Cytrynbaum

Mark Cytrynbaum possesses both undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and tax from McGill University and the University of Illinois respectively. In 1986 Mark began his professional career as a CPA for Arthur Young & Company (predecessor of Ernst & Young). In 1987 Mark acquired his first property on Denver's "Vine Street", raising the equity through the refinancing of his car. In 1988, Mark left Arthur Young and co-founded the company that ultimately evolved to be Old Vine Property Group.

Ari StutzAri Stutz possesses Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and real estate from Indiana University and studied international business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. In 1999, Ari started his real estate career in commercial lending and held various positions at Merrill Lynch Capital, GE Capital and Heller Financial. Between the three institutions, Ari underwrote, portfolio managed and asset managed nearly $1.0 billion of real estate investments ranging from office, R&D/flex, industrial, retail, multi-family, senior living, condo conversions, golf courses to senior living properties.

Anne RosenAnne Rosen, principal and founder of Zing! Development Strategies has over 25 years experience in real estate and development including land development, commercial and mixed-use vertical development, leasing, construction management, property management, asset management and consulting. Rosen is best known for her work as Director of Real Estate of the Lowry Redevelopment Authority, where she provided leadership to a fast-paced real estate team, overseeing residential and commercial real estate planning, marketing, sales and development projects from 1996 to 2004.

Rosen established Zing! in 2004 which began as a consulting firm and has grown into a development firm. Rosen currently is currently partners with Old Vine in 200,000 square feet of commercial properties and with Prime West Companies in a new retail/mixed-use development in Northglenn, Colorado.

Lindsay GilbertLindsay Gilbert, Leasing Director
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

Ms. Gilbert joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Leasing Director in November of 2008. She is partnering with the team of Andy Ross, and Sarajane with a specific focus on Southeast submarket.

Ms. Gilbert provides more than 13 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 6 million square feet of lease and sale transactions. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms Gilbert worked at Frederick Ross Company and CB Richard Ellis where she worked both with institutional Owners of Real Estate (Koll Bren Schreiber, Koebel, Catellus Group, and Opus) as well as occupiers of commercial office space on a national level (Wachovia, Dish Network, Sunrise Medical and Vercuity Solutions). Prior to her employment in Commercial Brokerage, Ms Gilbert served as the leasing manager for the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, a 100 billion dollar pension fund.

Ms. Gilbert obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Arizona where she double majored in Psychology and Spanish. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado.

 


 

Sarajane GoodfellowSarajane Goodfellow, Associate
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

Ms. Goodfellow joined the Jones Lang LaSalle Agency Leasing team in October 2010. She is partnering with the team of Andy Ross and Lindsay Gilbert, focusing on the suburban submarkets.

Ms. Goodfellow has completed over 500,000 square feet of leasing and sale transactions throughout Colorado during the past three years for clients such as Rally Software Development Corp, MAVD West, and Boulder Rural Fire Protection District. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms. Goodfellow brokered deals throughout Denver and Boulder with Acquire, Inc. for two years. Prior to working for Acquire, Inc., Ms. Goodfellow managed The Koll Company’s Denver portfolio, which consisted of over 650,000 square feet of commercial and industrial buildings. In addition, Ms. Goodfellow has worked for M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., where she focused on land acquisitions.

Ms. Goodfellow earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the Burns School of Real Estate at the University of Denver. She majored in Real Estate and Construction Management and played Division I Lacrosse at DU throughout her college tenure. Ms. Goodfellow is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado.

 


 

Andy RossAndy Ross, Senior Vice President
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

Mr. Ross joined Jones Lang LaSalle in June 2008. He partners with Lindsay Gilbert and Sarajane Goodfellow with a focus on the Southeast Suburban Submarket

Mr. Ross has 10 years of experience in the Denver Commercial Real Estate market and has executed nearly 600 lease transactions to date totaling over 5 million square feet. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Mr. Ross worked for Transwestern where he played an integral part developing key relationships with institutional owners such as Archon, Koll Bren Schreiber, Broadreach Capital Partners, Transwestern Investment Company, The Koll Company, SV Commercial, The State of Colorado, RM Crowe and SVN Equities. Before that, Mr. Ross worked for Janus Mutual Funds advising shareholders on investment strategies and at Lakewood Country Club as an apprentice golf professional in Lakewood, Colorado.

Mr. Ross obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. And is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR).
